Technical Requirements for HVAC:
I provide the essential environmental parameters (required temperature ranges, humidity levels, and fresh air intake) based on your local climate. You can pass these input data to your HVAC suppliers or engineering firms, so they can calculate and select the specific cooling or heating equipment needed for your facility.
Facility Layout & Workflow:
Planning of the production zones (substrate room, inoculation, incubation, and fruiting) to ensure optimal logistics and bio-security.
Equipment Consultancy:
Assistance in choosing the right type of machinery for substrate processing and climate automation.
Pricing: Starting from $1,000. The final cost is determined based on the farm's scale and the complexity of the systems required.

Initial consultation – I explain all the key details of setting up incubation conditions (whether you run them manually or with automation), taking into account your ventilation system, strain specifics, and regional climate. If needed, I recommend adjustments to your ventilation, humidification, or heating/cooling systems. I also prepare a detailed checklist for every stage of incubation, tailored to your grow room or incubator. Later, I answer any follow-up questions if something in the checklist isn’t clear. – $250
2. Daily incubation support – I guide your technologist step by step according to the written checklist throughout the entire incubation period, until you reach mass pinning. This includes reviewing video/photo updates of the substrate blocks and monitoring all parameters. – $350
3. First flush harvest & second incubation cycle – I provide recommendations on the harvesting method for the first flush, explain how to switch the room back into incubation mode for fast initiation of the second flush, and highlight the unique features of this stage. – $100

⚠️ Important note: If your ventilation or humidification system is fundamentally set up incorrectly and that’s why you cannot maintain the required incubation parameters, I will explain what exactly is wrong and what needs to be changed.
