Who am I, and how can I help?

My name is Larisa Teslenkova. I am an expert in large-scale oyster mushroom cultivation.

I provide online consultations for agronomists (technologists) of large farms growing more than one ton of oyster mushrooms per month.

If you have problems with substrate (compost) preparation or issues with the formation of fruiting bodies, I will help you identify the causes and adjust your cultivation process.

How does the consultation work?

📝 All consultations are provided in writing because my spoken English is not good enough for explaining complex technical details.

I have extensive experience consulting mushroom growers in writing, including English-speaking clients.

We work in Google Docs or Word files. I create a table where I answer your questions, and you can add follow-up questions as needed.

Here’s how we work:

1.  You contact me via email or WhatsApp, briefly describe the issue, and attach photos.
2. I ask follow-up questions to understand the depth of the problem.
3. You make a prepayment of $100 – this is the base consultation fee.
4. After prepayment, I send you a brief questionnaire to get detailed information about your production process.
5. Once I analyze your situation, I determine the final cost of my work (an additional $200 to $400, depending on complexity).
6. After full payment, you receive detailed step-by-step recommendations for fixing the issue, climate adjustments, and other necessary improvements.

Important!

• If the problem is simple, the base consultation fee ($100) may cover everything.
• If in-depth analysis is needed, the total cost is determined after reviewing your case.
• Full payment is required before receiving recommendations.

Pricing

Part 1: Specific Issues and Troubleshooting

• Solving a specific issue: $100–$250 (depending on complexity).
• Ventilation system calculations for a grow room or pasteurization tunnel: $300–$500.
• Substrate production adjustments – $200–$300.
• Microclimate adjustment for fruiting body issues (if the ventilation system is functioning properly) – $200–$300.

Part 2: Full Farm Setup and Support

1. Training a technologist in microclimate management for ONE grow room (from incubation to harvest) – $900. 
🔹 Prepayment: $600, after one month – $300.
🔹 If you are using pre-incubated blocks, the cost is $600 (full prepayment).
🔹 If I am managing one primary grow room, but you request climate adjustments in additional rooms, the extra fee is: 
+$100 (for up to 3 additional rooms)
+$200 (for 4-5 additional rooms).

What You Get

✅ My daily monitoring of climate parameters and written recommendations, 
✅ complete instructions for all growth stages.
✅ A technological chart with climate settings (temperature, humidity, CO₂ levels, ventilation adjustments).
✅ Two months of follow-up support for microclimate-related questions.

2. Full Support and Setup for Substrate Preparation

Methods:

• Cold sterilization (lime solution)
• Hot water treatment
• Pasteurization in a tunnel
• Steam treatment in a steaming chamber

Cost: $300–500, depending on the processing method and specific requirements.

What You Get:

✅Assessment of the substrate preparation area and equipment.

✅Development of a process flow chart for raw material treatment.

✅Online support for one full cycle of substrate preparation and treatment (no late-night consultations). If needed, we discuss the operator’s next steps at 10:30 PM Kyiv time.

✅Instructions for workers on handling emergency situations.

✅Preparation of the inoculation room + instructions for workers on the inoculation process.

Payment Methods

Businesses and individuals: We sign an agreement that specifies payment details.

Individuals: Online payment via Visa / MasterCard/SWIFT

Businesses: Payment via SWIFT transfer based on the issued invoice.
